In order to focus on the newness, you must embrace the new creation that God has made you! Do not allow your emotions to cause you to think, talk, or act on those temporary feelings. Deal with your emotions while focusing on the newness! If you are going to focus on the newness, you have to recognize when change is good, but also when it is necessary!
